2017
The journey of Sparrow International Ventures Pvt. Ltd. officially began on July 7, marking the realization of a vision to build a trusted and reliable presence in the automotive spare parts distribution industry. What started as an ambitious idea in the heart of Palakkad, Kerala, was driven by a commitment to quality, integrity, and long-term relationships. With a strong foundation built on trust, perseverance, and customer satisfaction, the company embarked on a mission to deliver dependable automotive solutions while creating lasting value for its customers, partners, and stakeholders. This milestone laid the groundwork for a journey of continuous growth, innovation, and excellence
2018
On May 5th, 2018, with a team of just three passionate individuals, distribution operations began in nearby districts. Every challenge was faced with determination, and every opportunity was seized with confidence. Despite the modest scale, the company achieved a stable turnover—proving that strong intent and consistent effort can turn vision into reality.
2020
As trust grew, so did the reach. Expanding into four districts, the company strengthened its presence and built a loyal customer base. The team grew to 15 members, bringing new energy and ideas. This phase marked a shift from survival to steady growth where confidence replaced uncertainty, and progress became visible.
2022
Understanding that growth requires continuous evolution, Sparrow International embraced digital transformation as a core strategy. The implementation of SAP Business One ERP revolutionized operations, bringing enhanced efficiency and scalable processes. HR One Software was also integrated to streamline human resource management. With the addition of a new 3,500 sq. ft. warehouse and a team of 14 employees, the company strategically strengthened its operational capacity and supply chain capabilities.
2023
Momentum turned into measurable success. Expanding across 8 districts, growing the workforce to 26, and adding another warehouse each milestone reflected a company that was no longer just growing, but leading. Systems were stronger, networks wider, and the vision clearer than ever.
2024
With confidence and experience, the company took bold steps into diversification. Warehouse capacity was expanded to 5,000 sq. ft., the management team was strengthened, and entry into the lubricants and oils market opened new avenues of growth. This phase defined Sparrow International as a dynamic and forward-thinking organization, supported by a dedicated team of 35 employees driving innovation and operational excellence.
2025
We are proud to celebrate a landmark milestone our appointment as an official distributor of Shell Lubricants (Shell India Market Pvt. Ltd.) for Palakkad, Thrissur, and Idukki districts. This achievement reflects years of hard work, dedication, and the trust earned from our partners and customers. Our team has grown alongside our vision, now comprising 36 talented employees who embody our commitment to excellence, reliability, and outstanding service.
2026
A landmark year for Sparrow International Ventures Pvt. Ltd. as we inaugurated our new Corporate Office in Vadakkencherry on 11 May 2026. This milestone reflects our continued growth, strengthened operations, and commitment to excellence. With a dedicated team of 43 employees, the new office serves as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and future expansion as we continue building a stronger foundation for the years ahead
